After-sales Policy

 

MARKHORCYCLES  

 is committed to providing a comfortable buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 5 days from the receipt of the item, we will handle your after sale request. Please make sure to contact us by email ( markhorcycles@plusebike.com ) at first.

 

  1. Exchange Conditions:
  • All exchange items must include original packaging, tags, and must be in brand new condition.
  • All exchange must include an exchange form, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
  • Exchange must be made within five (5) days of delivery date.
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged will not be accepted for exchange.

 

  1. Non-exchangeable items:

The following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

 

  1. General Exchangeable Process:
  • Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange request and receive a exchange form.
  • Fill out the exchange form and include it with your return package.
  • Pack the item securely, and include any accessories, tags, and original packaging.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 

  1. Return Charge:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless we confirm that the goods are originally defective.

 

      5. Order Cancellations:

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.

 

      6. Product Damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will provide a  label and instructions on how to exchange the item.
