After-sales Policy

is committed to providing a comfortable buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 5 days from the receipt of the item, we will handle your after sale request. Please make sure to contact us by email ( markhorcycles@plusebike.com ) at first.
The following items are non-exchangeable:
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges, unless we confirm that the goods are originally defective.
5. Order Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.
6. Product Damage:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to initiate an exchange. We will provide a label and instructions on how to exchange the item.
